ADC was established in 2003, with our immediate focus on developing our custom-built, Whangarei based data centre and hosting our key client’s systems in it.

In 2012, we merged with slamIT!, bringing owners Dion & Sasha McCracken onboard and transformed our business to a complete end-to-end IT Company.

T4 Group acquired ADC in April 2022 with the vision of providing regional New Zealand with access to localised data centres enabling reliable, secure, green, and economically viable Data Centre co-location services. It is currently building the country’s first Tier 4 Data Centre in Southland, and offers Tier 3 Data Centre co-location services in Auckland. The acquisition of ADC reflects that vision.
