We undertook a robust RFP process to select our new ICT provider. Throughout the process ADC stood out for their professionalism, strong understanding of what we were looking for and reasonable pricing of their services.
Since engaging ADC our staff have no complaints nor does our Management team. ADC have proven themselves to be excellent supporters of our business. They respond in a professional manner at all times, are prompt and are well regarded by our staff.
The change-over to ADC went well. We had required of ADC that the change-over “will not be noticed” by our staff. This they delivered. Staff only noticed the new provider for a good reason – when they rang for help they got a professional, prompt response.
